CALM RESET

A signature THIA Restore ritual

There is a particular kind of tired that rest doesn't reach — the mind still running, the shoulders still braced, long after the reason for either has passed. Calm Reset is built for exactly that state: a short, seated ritual that pairs the calming rhythm of guided breathwork with precise, deliberate acupressure across the head, jaw, hands and wrists.

Technology, in service of touch

The eye mask. Full darkness and a gently guided breath pattern, so the body has one thing to follow rather than a dozen things to filter out. It arrives already in place — the ritual starts the moment it does.

The hands. Everything that matters happens through touch: a therapist trained to work in complete silence, reading tension and easing it in real time, paced against the breath the mask is guiding.

What changes

Regulates the nervous system. Slow, sustained acupressure paired with paced breathing is a direct, physical route out of "alert" mode — not a suggestion to relax, but a way of prompting it.

Eases mental fatigue. The stillness of the sequence gives an overworked mind nothing to keep pace with — often enough, on its own, to noticeably lift the fog.

Deepens the breathwork. Acupressure and guided breath reinforce each other; the pressure gives the breath something to organise around, and the breath gives the pressure somewhere to land.
